5. Bonuses & Promotions

phgolden offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonus offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. phgolden reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers where abuse is suspected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phgolden reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, poker, and bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse phgolden's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phgolden Casino are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.1 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on phgolden use independently certified RNG technology. Certification details are available upon request from phgolden support.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. Results are determined in real time and are final once the round is closed. phgolden is not responsible for interruptions to live dealer streams caused by factors outside its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, phgolden reserves the right to void affected rounds and return wagers to players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. phgolden's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

6.4 Disconnection. phgolden is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during gameplay. Where a game round is interrupted by disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the game's auto-completion logic. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgolden platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker and live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to phgolden support immediately. Exploiting a known bug without reporting it constitutes prohibited conduct.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or other players' experience, including harassment of support staff or other players in live chat environments.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phgolden platform — including but not limited to the phgolden brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of phgolden or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phgolden platform without prior written consent from phgolden.

9. Privacy & Data

phgolden collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on phgolden, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and your use of the Platform. phgolden will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

phgolden is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgolden's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgolden account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phgolden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phgolden has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phgolden does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phgolden makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.

12. Termination

phgolden reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At phgolden's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to phgolden's interests or regulatory obligations.

Upon termination for cause, phgolden reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, phgolden will return any verified balance to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phgolden account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to account closure.

13. Amendments

phgolden reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phgolden will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phgolden platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or bonus terms, phgolden's decision — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR.
